Bifångst is a 2 seat "back pocket" restaurant within HOZE and therefore we offer the table for an even number of guests.

We offer 1 seating Wednesday through Saturday at 18:00 (6pm).

Please set aside the beginning of the evening as our menu is served in a span of 2 hours.

You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours even if the date requested is not available.

Please note that we do not accept any dietary restrictions containing gluten and/or dairy intolerance nor can we accept vegans, vegetarians or people with seafood allergies.

Any cancellation must be made 48 hours before your confirmed date.

Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards, only swish and cash.

From the stop Centralstationen, Göteborg platform D, take tram 3, 9 or 11 to stop Stigbergstorget, Göteborg platform B or C.

The ride takes approx. 13-15 minutes. The ticket fare is around 25 sek and can be paid on the trams middle section.

Please notice that tram 3 and 9 stop at platform B, while tram 11 stops at platform C. The restaurant is located less than a minute from both stops.

Bifångst is a concept of re-thinking how we source, cook and dine. It is time for us to think of things in a broader perspective. Our end goal is to give you inspiration for the future., a future where we cook in a manner of preserving mother earth and being more efficient with the tools and  ingredients given to us.

We strive to see the full potential of an ingredient and cook it using techniques so to use the whole produce and wasting little to none. The idea came from having a pocket restaurant within the restaurant to help minimize the things getting thrown into the bin. A filter so to speak, where things not used up in the main restaurant are given new life by re-thinking their purpose.

Everything else sourced will be either home-grown at the restaurant, foraged or bought by near-by suppliers we have personal relationships with.

By-catch by all means, #nowaste is a philosophy of using everything possible on every produce from fish to meat, to vegetable to fruit.
